Why is it that technology companies find it acceptable to keep their customers in the dark by pulling the plug or otherwise being innacessible as they please?
They could at least send out an email apologizing for the inconvenience and explain what is going on. I find anything less to be extremely unprofessional. I guess Google put their elementary students in charge of Urchin 6.
