Please respect our request of not posting tech support issues in the forums. There are several reasons for this >>
Our tech support people are not trained to go to the forums... they provide support via phone and the trouble ticket system. 4.0 migration is difficult, and tech support issues posted in the forums add to the complexity. From this point all tech issues that are posted in the forums will be submitted into a trouble ticket and removed from the forums.
"Soft support" issues are welcome in the forums. Soft issues are defined as issues that the general community can help answer and/ or learn from the post.
Individual support issues do not benefit the community as a whole and actually diminish the quality of the forum experience as well as complicate the support process...
