Does anyone know how I would add and administer email accounts associated with my storefronts domain?
Cant seem to find it in the docs.
Thanks

First go here:
http://yourdomainname.com:8383 Your log in should be admin@yourdomainname.com and whatever your password is.
and then there should be a drop down that says User administration. If you do not see this, then your admin email is not an admin, and you need to put a tech ticket in for them to make this the administrative account.

Duane,
The management of the e-mail acocunts is really easy. As mentioned above, when you log into the imail (e-mail program) you just log in with your administrator account. Up in the upper right corner is a drop down box. When you click on that box one of the options is "User Administration". That will take you to a little utility where you can add, delete, view and update users for the e-mail program.
Another handy little feature there is located over in the left column. This allows for you to view the current activity of all of the users (ie: mail waiting, last log-in, etc.).
Hope that this helps you out. If you have any problems or questions you can submit a ticket in tech support or you can e-mail me if you like as well and I will try my best to walk you through it. e-mail: tpatterson@pjenterprises.com

I logged in for the first time and it shows my domain as a REALLY long number and monstercommercesites.com. How do I get it to be my domain name. What I want is sales@mydomain.com but can't seem to figure it out. My DNS is pointing to the store.
Thanks for the help

sshark - please contact tech support directly for a walk through on using the web interface for mail.
You need to set the "reply-to" address for the site to your domain, but you will most likely see that long number as it is tied to your customer account. We are working on that item to see what we can do to clarify/modify it, but it is one of the minor presentation issues that came with some of our internal re-org.
Not trying to blow you off, but you really should contact technical support since this is exactly the kind of issue they are there to assist you with....they can give you instructions, links, and direct person-to-person assistance in getting you familiar with the interface itself.
