My site is still down. Scheduled maintenance??? I didn't know anything was broke until MC went and broke a bunch of perfectly working stores. Losing money, customers and ad dollars right now...

Can't log into admin on either of my stores.
Almost as irritating is fact that gremlins continue to invade my stores: I became aware of today's problems when a customer in Hawaii notified me that my site won't quote him shipping. This is twice this has happened (site won't ship internationally).
First time it happened I went in and, lo and behold, the "will ship internationally" box in Shipping Manager was unchecked! WTF??? Stuff inside the admin panel changes without me touching it.

Both of my sites admin panels are down too! Of course, I don't have the ticketing URL saved so I am having trouble reporting it. Sunday is a big day for me too and if I can't get into the admin to pack some orders my Monday will be a nightmare.

I wish MC had a test server that they could try out the patches on before they subject the innocent customer to it.
Don't they usually try new things on rats before giving them to humans to see if they're safe?

That happens to me on occasion, too. It's a bit scary.
I find myself checking the site constantly because I never know when funky things will happen.

Our admin login is down too. Also, to make matters worse, the site checkout is down. We tried to process several orders through the front end and none of them are going through. We haven't had any new orders since 3:00 EST. You may want to try to place a few orders on your own site to see if they are going through. I called Support and they say they are aware of the problem.
The url for opening a support ticket is
http://tickets.monstercommerce.com I can't get the Jen Heil's posts as the links above go nowhere for me. Anyone else been able to read those posts?
We're losing orders now and money. If anyone knows how we can get in to the admin panel to change the order processing over to Custom please let us know. Any ideas on how to recoup the lost orders?

should make sure updates and maitenance are not be affecting subscribers before they do it live. Why do i want to pay for a service that is not reliable???????? How to you apologize to a store owner that might have lost $1,000's.
If this was a brink and mortar store i wouldnt pay the days rent. Its like the landlord changing the lock on my door without me knowing it.

should credit everyones acct for the lost day. Its the least they can do.

My post is in a Merchants Only section. If anyone cannot see this post, please PM me your forum name and domain name so that you can be a Verified Store Owner within these forums and view all posts. The normal procedure is to file a ticket request for this but I will do whatever I can to help during this emergency.
All -
Storefronts have not been down, save for the normal maintenance period in which Microsoft patches were run on your server. The "View Shopping Carts" feature will catch and log any uncompleted checkouts so that you have a means to contact your customers and finish the ordering process. The largest issue in this circumstance was the inability to log into the admin panel. This has been resolved throughout the majority of our network. Only one box is left and it is being rebooted by RackSpace as we speak.
Thank you

I just did a successful test order through your site and verified it within the "View Shopping Carts" feature within the admin panel. Cart #49586.
Your site appears to be up and working fine - can you tell me what you are seeing otherwise? You are not on the server that is currently down...please let me know and we'll get this resolved!

SaxonGifts.com is down too. Been down all day and possibly yesterday too.
I had to find out the hard way and THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION FROM

EVEN THOUGH THEY KNEW IT WAS DOWN FOR 16 HOURS!!!
I called support they were no help. All they could say is that there is a known problem and they don't know when it will be fixed. That was far from reassuring!
THIS IS UNACCECPTIBLE!!!!!
HOW MUCH DOWN TIME WILL

ALLOW? THE STABILITY FOR THIS SITE WAS BEEN TERRIBLE ALL YEAR.
