There has been a couple of references to e-checks, but I honestly don't know what they are or where to go for information about them.
Any experienced shop owners out there who can share their experiences with us?

PayPal eChecks are a payment method where the funds to make the payment are drawn from the buyer's bank account rather than being charged to their credit card. Frequently, PayPal is able to make these funds available to the merchant immediately but occassionally PayPal must wait the 2-4 business days for the bank transfer to clear before making the funds available to the merchant.
PayPal's eCheck has a pricing advantage for large payments by capping the regular transaction fee at $5.00. PayPal merchants need not do anything special to begin accepting PayPal eChecks. It is a stnadard feature of a PayPal account.
