I am Phil from www.kyoauto.com new to the MC community and just setup my new site last Friday. I just wish to say hi to everyone and have few questions regarding of customizing my MC website.
1) I would like to be verify and gain access the “Merchant Only” sections
2) How to change the Payment method of an order?
3) How do I change the shipping method of an order?
4) How do I set the Font size of the product name? (I already try the Site Wide Fonts setting and it is not working)

You need to call tech support to have your permissions changed.

Once an order is placed you cannot change the payment method or shipping method.
