I'm chaning the DNS information, but I realized that we'll be losing all our email accounts. Are we able to transfer whem over to the monstercommerce servers? Could someone explain how this works to me? We'reusing POP3 if that makes any difference.

If you are coming from another provider/host/company then there is no mechanism for us to transfer over your accounts (because we do not have access to your old location). It is very quick and easy to setup accounts via the web administration interface for mail management used with your site though.

If this question is regarding migrating your site from 3.x to 4.0 though, have no worries, we will be migrating all of the mail accounts (usernames, passwords) with the site move, although any old email stored on the server still will not be carried over.

In the upper right hand corner of the e-mail program (imail) is a drop down box. In this box is an option called "User Administrator", this is where you control the various accounts that you want to set up through the e-mail.
