Where should I place the code for Conversion Tracking with G00Gle Adwords? If I'm Running Overture also, So I Assume the codes should be listed right after each other?
I'm new to the whole PPC but had to take over this section also here at Kona

You should place this in all of your Order Confirmations.

Admin Panel >> Order Processing >> Custom/Online Payment Manager

Paste the code within the Order Confirmation Message. Do this for ALL of your payment options.

Yes, you can place the code right after one another. Be sure that you have open and close <script> tags for each though. If you copy/paste you should not run into any trouble. Also, run through the checkout process after you do this to ensure that it is working properly.
