Can any of the folks at monstersmile.gif let me know when eBay integration will be available? Thanks!
jcmilliorn
Yes! Any updates on the timeline? We do about 70% of our business on eBay right now and would LOVE to be able to have the inventory synced up. MonsterBooks still only works one way for me, but at least being able to have the inventory tracked between eBay and monstersmile.gif would be nice.

monstersmile.gif can speak to this directly - but there is a document here somewhere that details all ongoing projects - or at least shows the releases due next quarter...I've looked but can't seem to locate it. If I find the link I'll post it.

Hello,

Steph and I are flying out to San Jose, CA mid-June to start laying out solid eBay integration plans. I will then work with core software team to solidify and publish an official timeline when complete.

Thanks!

Hello monstersmile.gif ,

I too am hoping to get an update on the eBay integration timeline.

We sell hundreds of items a month on eBay and would love to manage our website and eBay sales from the same Admin panel.

Thank you,

I am a PowerSeller on eBay and came to monstersmile.gif after trying ProStores. What a nightmare that was! Obviously a beta product, but I got the privledge of paying for it.

If monstersmile.gif can get an integration with eBay, it would make my job of converting eBayers to monstersmile.gif much easier.

I decided to sign-up with MonsterCommerce based upon eBay integration being available in the late summer of 2005. This came from the MC Sales Team. I responded to this tread in September and was pleased to see that MC was going to take a "Poll" to see where eBay integration lands with respect to importance. I have not seen a "Poll" and it is almost 2006.

What is going on? I, as well as others need eBay integration. Additionally, I would like several marketplace options, such as BizRate, Amazon, etc.

MC seems to focus solely on function, but I would like to see some focus on sales channels.

Thank you.

Hi,
I am eagerly awaiting this as well. The poll is located in the homepage of your admin panel, its been there for at least a month I think...

Regards,
Jeff

What are you looking for in eBay integration? If your major need is to be able to manage your sales, inventory, customer service, etc. in one integrated application, the Stone Edge Order Manager may be able to help you. The Order Manager does not feed auctions, but it does integrate with eBay's Sellers Assistant Pro and Blackthorne programs, and with ChannelAdvisor to import completed auctions from eBay and send back status and tracking data. The Order Manager also imports orders from Amazon.com and Shop.com, as well as MonsterCommerce and a dozen or so other shopping cart systems. You can import orders from multiple sources into one Order Manager "store", and the program will keep track of the source of each order, and let you use different branding (company name, etc.) in customer emails and on invoices and packing slips depending on the source of each order.

For more information, go to our Order Manager information page, or give us a call at 215-641-1837.

ebay doesn't want an integration solution that would get ebay sales converted to your website - that is totally against all their TOS. having said that for ebay to let MC integrate your auctions into MC would be one step into the grave for ebay. additionally - ebay charges all developers access fees to make calls to and extract data from the ebay auction and account gateways. It costs a lot of money and those costs will be passed onto you in the form of development costs and maint fees. all in all I can't see ebay risking the possibility of opening a door to send their members directly to you and circumvent their own fees.

Understanding the eBay integration would take 6 months to develop, can anyone please answer if the development will even begin this calendar year?
