I am using the urchin 5.7.03 software for windows and it seems as when I go to the import button in the configuration section I can only choose to view either 5 or 10 records at a time. I understand that this may be done because you can import multiple records at one time that if you imported 100 at a time the software might not like that. However I have over 800 unique sites and it's a real PITA to have to click the next button 40+ times to get to the 400th record. I checked out the compiled code that creates the window and the html that is spit out and noticed they have it set to comment out the extra values(20,30,40,50,100). Is there a way to change this? I saw nothing in the prefs or in any setup file.

Urchin has not responded to any of my emails in the last 3 weeks and this is getting annoying. On top they want to charge for phone support the least they can do is respond to email support ticket.
