Full Version: Seeking Creative Banner & Button Designer
MonsterSmallBusiness Forums > MonsterWebDesign > Design Aspects

Hi there,

I'm seeking a really good Banner Designer who doesn't charge an arm & a leg & values their customer's repeat business. Must know proper optimization as well.

I don't want to be rushed or given attitude like the last banner designer & I expect you to do the work, not me have to do it for you.

I certainly will say what I like & don't like & want to work with you, but when I'm told to find the pictures myself, I might as well do all the work myself.

Right now I need 6 Banners/Buttons done & I have special instructions.

Please PM ASAP me with your portfolio, any restrictions you have & your pricing, as I'd like to get them done by the end of the weekend.

Thanks & have a great one !

Hi,

Are you a monstersmile.gif client? First I would like to refer you to the monstersmile.gif design team.

If no luck there you can contact me, I have done a ton of banners through my years of design.

Hey exoticpublishing,
Sounds like you had a pretty nasty previous experience...I think everyone has experienced this at one time or another.

Please remember that a "quality" creative service costs a premium...time is money, and finding someone that will: do premiere work, be at your disposal, be compliant with changes and last minute requests---and in my personal experience as a designer, merchant, consultant and real-world retailer--exceed your expectations, will cost.
Anyone with experience, skill and a track record can (and should) expect a decent fee...in most cases, not "an arm and a leg," but...you get what you pay for.
You wont likely find the Mona Lisa at Wal**art or Ta*get.

Can you be a bit more specific with a URL to the existing work or your site? You might get more feedback or ideas...oops, just found it attached to your profile.
Wishing you the best.

Banner Designer AND must know proper optimization? I think these are two separate tasks and totally unrelated. One can be great at banner design without knowing a thing about proper optimization or vice-versa.

Good luck finding someone. whistling.gif

Hi Krazy,

I had to e-mail you b/c I'm not allowed to PM or e-mail here worry.gif

Martin - I agree & disagree. Just b/c a person charges a higher amount doesn't mean their quality is any good or their attitude is either.

Barbiro - Perhaps I'm saying the wrong thing here. I don't want the Banenr to take forever to load & I thought optimization was arranging the images in a way so they load smoothly & fast.

Thanks, I've already had too many responses to my posts LOL

I certainly agree with your comment above! My point was not that price will always dictate quality--but that good quality might be a bit higher.

It might be, but just so you realize it's up to me as a biz person to find someone within my budget that does good quality. If my budget was higher, I might go with a higher priced person, but like I said, I've dealt w/ people who charged a bit more & their work was terrible in the end.

Have a great day !
