Hello -
I have a question about the Admin Reports section - specifically the Search Queries
report that can be generated. There are two items shown - they are
Query (item searched for) Total Queries (?) What does this number mean? Is this number the number of results? The number of times this term was searched for? I have some numbers like 37 and then alot of 0 ...... does anyone know how this works - hope this doesn't sound too dumb. I just can't understand how some can be 0 ?? Thanks in advance

Hi Nancy-
You are correct in that the Query is what was searched and the Total Queries is how many times it was requested. It is possible that sometimes it does not post fully to the database.... and you get 0's. Shouldn't happen very often, though, as this could be a combination of database inefficiency and users stopping or closing browser before it's been searched. There really are a variety of reasons it could be there as 0. However, you definitely know that the item was attempted to be searched on.
Hope this helps. When we switch to a SQL backend this should resolve this issue. It is far more efficient.
