Yesterday I used 3 features of Endicia that I had never used before and they were great.
1. In the postage log, you just click on the customers name and it immediately gives you the track and confirm info.
2. You can file your refunds for postage errors effortless and in less than a week they refund them to your account.
3. You can use Endicia's insurance and you don't have to go to the PO and file an insurance form.
I love this program!
